URGENT !!! Need Account Health support team on call

Dear Amazon Seller Performance Team,

I hope this ticket finds you well. I would like to find out why my Amazon.ca selling partner account still remain deactivated. I submitted a POA last week with the testing reports, Affidavit and relevant documents, however I still received auto rejection emails. I would like to request a call with Account Health support team to find out more information, however there is only "email" option, the "call me now" button disappeared. I have also created a case regarding this matter, however an auto reply email was received as below: "This email address is not the correct channel to submit an appeal. Please follow the instructions below to resubmit your appeal to the correct channel, etc"
