Hire an attorney and have them sending a letter to Amazon corporate legal.

the only way to get them off (unfortunately) that I've found is to follow Amazon rules and buy one of the items and then open a complaint with Amazon showing a picture of what you bought and how it is not the same brand as yours. Instructions on how to do this are searchable on Amazon.
