Unfair Negative Review (Not a Feedback)
Hi ,
I have received a -ve review (details below) which does not contain any information about the product, it's vague and disrespectful. I said it was disrespectful because the customer accused us of a scammer based on Zip Codes! I am completely clueless about how a customer calls us a scammer! I did open a case on Seller Central and also reported abuse but my appeal was rejected on both platforms! We are open to customer reviews and feedback about our products and our performance as a seller but the reviews should be respectful and not judgemental and should tell about the product +ve and -ve points. But in this review, you can see by yourself that the customer has added no value to his review. So, I request you to please help me to remove this review as soon as possible! It is causing a bad impression of our brand on customers. Thank You!

m pretty sure these are all the same root beers just in different packaging.
They taste identical (I might have tasted a difference in the cinnamon one and the color was different in the pumpkin spice drink).
The zip codes of the breweries were all the same or 1 zip code over.
I think this might be a scam.
