Amazon switched my Brand name!

For some context, I currently own a Trademark. My product is under this name and has been for a very long time. I have updated all the correct information regarding my product like proof of my branded product, government documentation and etc. Two days ago my brand was switched to generic, I am currently enrolled in vine and A+ content. I have reached out to several support members and they are all sending auto-generated messages saying that we cannot update a brand from generic WHEN I WAS NOT THE ONE WHO SWITCH IT TO BEGIN WITH. I did not switch the brand, Amazon did. Now I have to delete my listing and start again. does this make any sense? like I understand the whole re-branding policy, as I was sent it many times, but how can Amazon change my brand name and they say we are not allowed to rebrand. The thing is I am not rebranding, that was my brand and amazon altered it with notifying me. If anyone has any advice let me know, but at this rate it is becoming impossible to efficiently sell on amazon.
