Hello @Seller_M0LL9nfPCskjB,
Thank you for taking the time to connect with us via the Forums. I want to acknowledge that I fully understand your frustration regarding the Negative Feedback you've received, especially for circumstances that appear to be beyond your control.
I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.

Do you know if the Buyer ever received the item? Are you able to track the package?
In many cases, especially with smaller Sellers, one Negative Feedback may generate a warning as the Order Defect Rate will go higher than the target of 1%. This is a mathematical calculation based on how many orders you have; the percentage is what it is.
A warning looks like a yellow banner at the top of your Account Health Page. The Order Defect Rate is based on a 60 day window. It sounds as if you are aware of the order causing the problem, if you needed that information, you could download a report.
To address the Negative Feedback, please respond, "post a public reply", if you have not already done that. Most in Canada are very aware of the Strike and how it has affected all the mail and package delivery and this will be understood.
I can understand you would like the feedback removed but there are only 3 cases where Amazon will remove feedback. Please review: Can Amazon remove buyer feedback? In part this states:
Amazon will remove feedback only in the following cases:
- The feedback includes words commonly understood to be obscene or profane.
- The feedback includes seller-specific, personally identifiable information, including email addresses, full names, or telephone numbers.
- The entire feedback comment is a product review. For example, “The Acme Super-Widget lacks the sharpness and speed of the Acme Ultra Widget.”
Have you confirmed the Buyer received the product? If not, could you reach out to Canada Post and see where the item may be? I am hoping the item has already been received.
If you do need additional information, please reach back out with a case ID. I look forward to your response. Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.

there is no tracking
the buyer responded and said if I give a refund they will remove the feedback..I already sent refund and no removal yet
are you able to remove feedback because the buyer said they will remove and if they don't do it?
