Restricted Products Removal
A while back when everyone was receiving the Geographic Sales Restrictions, we too received notifications on many items, so I decided proactively delete those listings and recalled the items from FBA.
Fast forward to this past week, I received 3 Notification of Restricted Products Removal on the items that I deleted from my inventory catalog long ago. I contacted Seller Support and they said that deleting my listings on the affected ASINs does not sufficiently address the reason for the violation and will not result in the violation removal from your "Account Health" page.
So my question is this now the new normal that we can create a listing, delete said listing and anytime in the future that item can be restricted and we get hurt on the Account health?

Hi @Seller_IByGopQxncPRc,
Thank you for your post. I understand you have received restricted product violations for listings you had previously deleted from your inventory.
My goal is to give you further assistance. In order to better assist, we would need more information from you. Additionally, it does appear the current situation exceeds our ability to assist in this space. For this reason, I have forwarded your information to one of our teams, and they will be attempting outreach shortly.
Regards,
Troy
