Your Account is Related to Another Account on Amazon

hi, i have been using amazon since a couple of months. Initially it was smooth when all of a sudden i got the message in my performance notifications ' Your account has been related to another account". All i remember is that my uncle was keen to make an account for himself but he was facing an issue of "Invalid Charge Method". So sought help from me for which he came to my place and used my laptop. After 2 days to this day my account got de activated, i launched 5 appeals but same as everybody got that auto generated email from amazon. All i want to mention here is that AMAZON please do respect your sellers, they invest their hard earned money in your platform and what do they get, this poor response from your support team??? Now they are asking to provide prrof which i provided multiple times with even IDs of the other person having the account but al in vain. Thiss is utterly disappointing Amazon!

i am really surprise to see the state of affair Amazon's seller support has got. Since i started facing problem with my amazon account support is nowhere to be seen...I submit an appeal every day with all relevant documents (Affidavit notarized, ID, Bank statements) but Amazon does not even care! utterly disappointed Amaon!

This is indicative that the information did not entirely align with what our team is seeing on their end. Generally, they do not disclose the reason for the rejection due to the confidentiality of their investigations.

For clarification, was the access on the same device the only shared information, or did you have any other personal details that were shared? It is important to ensure that you are identifying each piece of information that was shared as any left out will lead to the rejection.

If you find that there was shared details at the time of the concern, submitting details of your separation may not be considered valid. In this situation, you would need your uncle to resolve the issues with his account before you can resolve the issues with your own.
