A-Z Case help needed

Tracking shows this was delivered ON TIME, To the correct address and was SIGNED FOR by the Buyer. Heck, it even has GPS coordinates showing it was delivered correctly!
Having met all POD requirements this A-Z Case was still settled in the Buyer's Favour and my appeal was DENIED.
Amazon Support, please HELP!

Amazon says you can only select GLS for heavy / bulky shipments:

Please show me in the post above where GLS is shown as an Amazon integrated carrier for regular shipments.
If you select GLS for a regular shipment in the drop down, it is treated like an "Other" carrier for Amazon since Amazon can not see GLS's tracking info as they are not integrated into Amazon's systems.

Count your total shipments on the VTR timeline vs your actual shipments shipped FBM for the same timeline. Those GLS shipments won't show up in that total. It will be off by however many GLS shipments you have in that period. Using GLS exempts it from the VTR rate calculation.

GLS Is programmed to NOT show up on the report because it's for heavy/bulky use only. Just like Purolator is now with their hacked together fix from the April tracking debacle, and Canada Post Lettermail under $30. They are all programmed the same way for the Canadian Marketplace VTR report.

Get Amazon to confirm this in writing and i'll eat humble pie. People have tried.

A screenshot of seller support confirming what you say you think is true in writing.
I showed you what was in writing on their site, and GLS is for Heavy/bulky shipments only, not integrated tracking for Regular shipments. I don't understand why you can't believe that when it's right in front of you in your own eyes.
