I'm reaching out to the community for some advice and insights on an issue I'm currently facing with my Amazon seller account. I recently had my account deactivated due to verification issues, and despite submitting the required documents, Amazon has not accepted my submission.
Here’s a brief overview of my situation:
Issue: My account was deactivated for reasons related to document verification. I submitted my mobile phone bill as part of the required documentation for reactivation.
Amazon’s Response: I received a notification stating that my document submission was not accepted, but the reasons provided were vague, mentioning only that they could not verify the documents I provided.
Steps Taken: I ensured that the mobile phone bill included all necessary information, such as my name and address (matching those in Seller Central), the service provider’s details, and it was issued within the last 90 days. The document was clear and readable, submitted in the correct format.

I dont know your specific situation but for us the documents must match the business, not the individual.
