Hi @Seller_Qk0lJKEQ6C05V,

I understand your concern about the extended timeframe for the removal of unfulfillable inventory from Amazon's fulfillment centers. Having your products tied up for an extended period can be frustrating, especially when dealing with perishable items.

Amazon's process for removing unfulfillable inventory is designed to handle a large volume of requests efficiently. However, in certain cases, such as with perishable goods, a more expedited process may be warranted.

Here are a few suggestions that may help address your situation:

Contact Seller Support: Reach out to Amazon Seller Support and explain your situation with the perishable nature of your products. Request an expedited removal process, citing the risk of your inventory becoming unsellable if left in the fulfillment center for an extended period.

Review Unfulfillable Inventory Policies: Amazon has specific guidelines for handling unfulfillable inventory, which you can find in the "Unfulfillable Inventory" section of the Seller Central Help pages. Familiarize yourself with these policies to understand the process better and any exceptions that may apply to your case.

Consider Alternative Fulfillment Options: If Amazon is unable to expedite the removal process for your perishable items, you may want to explore alternative fulfillment options, such as Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) or third-party fulfillment services, to ensure your products remain sellable.

Provide Detailed Information: When communicating with Seller Support, provide as much relevant information as possible, including product details, expiration dates, and any documentation supporting the perishable nature of your inventory. This can help Amazon better understand the urgency of your request.

Amazon aims to provide efficient and reliable fulfillment services, but exceptional cases may require additional attention. By communicating your situation clearly and exploring alternative options, you can hopefully find a solution that works for your business and prevents your inventory from becoming unsellable.

If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Seller Support team or consult the relevant Help pages on Seller Central.
