Canadian struggling to ship to fufilment centers in USA from Canada
I am a seller on Amazon Canada. I want to send my products to a USA based Amazon fufilment centre to start selling in the usa. My products are manufactured in Canada. Every single courier in Canada asks questions that amazon wont provide me the answers for. seller support cant give me the answer either ive spent hour on hours on the phone with them.
Canadian couriers ask contact name, number,and email for recipient (aka Amazon), and i cant get that info.
Also when shipping across the boarder USA customs requires me to say purpose of my shipment, is it a return or am i selling it. since i am not selling it to amazon and its hasn't been purchased yet by amazon customers im not sure what option to pick. If i Choose "selling to a business" it requires me to provide a tax ID number for amazon. which amazon will also not give me.
Please if someone can help me with this that would be amazing! this should be very straight forward and Amazon is not helping at all!
