We issued a refund to the buyer, yet our A-Z Guarantee claim was recorded in the ODR.
The customer initiated the A-Z Guarantee claim on Friday, citing that they hadn't received a refund after returning the product. We processed the refund as soon as possible on Monday, the next working day. However, since the customer initiated the A-Z Guarantee over the weekend, it has now been counted in the ODR. Should it still be counted in the ODR even though we have issued the refund?

If you have not yet received the return, you should appeal for the claim indicating that the return has not been delivered rather than processing the refund directly.
