Package delayed in transit?
Hello fellow sellers,
We have a customer that reached out to us stating " Where's my Stuff" We shipped on time using Amazon Buy shipping.
We checked the tracking status and it just say's:
Delivery Information
Time Location Event Details
Fri, Dec 29, 2023, 2:00 PM PST Package delayed in transit
Thu, Dec 21, 2023, 7:18 AM PST Carrier picked up the package.
What should we do in this situation? The item is only about $27. Should we wait or refund the customer? or shall we tell them to file an A2Z?

You could ask the buyer to file an A-to-z for INR (item not received). Just be sure you bought your shipping on Amazon and shipped on time.
Or, you could make a decision to refund the order and perhaps earn some goodwill from this buyer.
