Entire Shipment Sent to Another Fulfillment Center [ID FBA18KCH66Y8]
10/30 - Shipment ID: FBA18KCH66Y8 [Amazon reference ID:7Q1LW3IU] sent to HGR6 FC.
11/04 - Shipment delivered to HGR6 and began receiving. Couple of days after all items were available for sale but none were available for Prime. Also usually you would see units getting transferred to other FC but all stayed in HGR6.
11/11 - Four FBA orders came in for the units that were included in the shipment. They are all still pending as of now after 7 days
11/18 - Checking the shipment today and it looks like the entire shipment is now being sent to VGT2 FC. Image included for reference below.
What I am worried about are the four FBA orders that are still pending. We are guessing it will most likely be received at the VGT2 center but when will the customers get their orders? Whey did HGR6 make units available for sale even though it looks like they never even physically checked the shipment in? Can any mods chime in? Should I make a case for this? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.
