Let's Make Our Seller Forums Work Better Together! 🤝

Hey there, Amazon Sellers!

We love seeing our community grow and help each other out!

Recently, our forum's been getting a bit crowded, which means it's taking longer for everyone to get the help they need.

Let's work together to make things run smoothly and keep our forum the awesome resource it's meant to be!

💡 Quick Tips for Forum Success:

Before You Post:

  • Take a quick look around! Your question might already have a great answer waiting
  • Try our super-helpful search filters - they're there to make your life easier
  • Browse through similar topics - you might find even more useful info than you were looking for!

Keep Things Running Smoothly By:

  • Saving account-specific questions for Seller Support (they're the experts for that!)
  • Avoiding duplicate posts (one post = faster help!)

  • Staying on topic (helps everyone find what they need)

✨ Making the Most of Your Posts:

Be Clear & Specific

  • Write titles that tell the story
  • Share the important details

Know Where to Go:

  • Got account issues? → Seller Support's your friend

  • Tech troubles? → Technical Support's ready to help

Be Part of the Community:

  • Share your successes and lessons learned
  • Help others when you can
  • Keep it friendly and professional

🎯 Cool Features to Check Out:

  • Watch for "Engage with Amazon" to learn about new features
  • Don't miss "Ask Amazon" events - your chance to chat live with the team!

Remember: We're all in this together! When we use the forums the right way, everyone gets help faster. Plus, you'll avoid any temporary timeouts that might keep you from participating (nobody wants that!).

Thanks for being an awesome part of our seller community! Let's keep making the Amazon Seller Forums a helpful and friendly place for everyone. 🌟

Happy Selling!

P.S. Your forum participation makes a real difference - thanks for taking the time to read this and help make our community even better! 🙌

We wouldn't have to bring cases to the forums if Seller support was actually our friends and experts.

Instead, we have to get our friends, the forum moderators, involved to solve support issues.

Until Amazon fixes their seller support, I don't think much is going to change in these forums.

I agaree with @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7. A very very large amoung of posts ARE account specific, from folks who have been ignored by Seller Support or gotten non-useful auto bot replies.

I do think more people could search the forum first to find that so many of us have the same issues, such as feedback removal process (or not), removal (or not) of negative feedback, the fact that the Buy Box has been lost, etc. Those get the same answers all the time from sellers that do try to help out others.

I will certainly echo what others are saying...

SELLER SUPPORT IS NOT OUR FRIEND!

I am willing to bet a minium of 1/2 the posts on this forum would not be required if seller support were better qualified & trained and even more importantly actually cared at all about seller needs and concerns!

Amazon has never received a single positive feedback regarding Seller Support yet keeps promoting it as ''a solution'' for our problem.

Amazon seller support is BY FAR the worst customer service I've seen from any platform, and or any company.

It's worse than talking to a chatbot - it's as if it's a group of bitter lazy employees overseas that wish the worst on the sellers and all they want to do is find a quick irrelevant copy-paste answer to deny any request for support.

If we didn't have the forums, the courts would have been much busier than they are now... It's absolutely ridiculous how much time we all waste going in circles vs copy-paste bot employees.

I've heard a quote once from a Lowes employee, that I feel all Amazon seller support take very seriously: "Minimum wage = minimum effort"

Meanwhile we pay 15% fees to get minimum effort employees in a third world country that couldn't care less about our problems.

I can confidently say that 5% of account related issues I run into, and open a case for with seller support, end up being resolved with seller support. the other 95% I end up resolving elsewhere.

Until the day amazon decides to restructure seller support and provide better support, the forum is going to stay the same.
