I can't believe I was given a refund without having to return the product????safe-t

Hi Dear Admin, After we sent the product to the buyer, the buyer has refunded the product without any reason and Amazon has refunded the guest. But we have received feedback from the logistic provider's side that we have got the buyer's personal handwritten proof of signing the receipt. When we made a safe-t claim, the staff refused us because the product was non-returnable and we didn't receive the refund request from the buyer, we lost not only the goods but also the shipping cost, which is a very big loss for us as a small seller!
