Buyer returned a wrong item and open an A-to-Z claim

Hi,

A buyer returned a wrong item which is not belong to us.

We sent messages with pictures show the item is not belong to us, but buyer ignored the messages and opened an A-to-Z claim.

Amazon grant the claim and count it against our ODR and denied our appeal.

Can any Mod help?

The order number is 702-2604136-4602609.
