Shipping Costs

We have our product listed and have sold one item however we have had quite a few views but no more purchases. We are looking to increase sales and offer the best shipping rates/options and have increased the price on our products and offered free shipping we are competitive in pricing with our competition but have not had anymore sales. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In general there isn't a secret solution to converting your views to sales, it generally has to do with the content of your detail page as well as the price however there are some options to make your product more attractive as a Brand Owner such as A+ Content or ensuring your pictures are high quality.
