Hi,

Now with the Canada Post situation, we've decided to ship all our Amazon orders via other carriers. We had opened an account with GLS and started using them, but I'm not sure what we're supposed to write in the "Shipping Service" field since there's no drop-down like with the other carriers. I assume we just write "Ground", but in the interest of protecting our VTR metric, it'd be helpful to have confirmation.

Does anybody else use GLS Canada for shipping? How have you found the reliability and service?
