Approval to Sell, New Amazon Seller
Hi, I am a new Aamon Seller, I just ordered some products that I want to sell through Amazon, I went to apply to sell, and they gave me a list of information that I needed to give, such as my P.O. and Product images. I did that but got denied. I contacted them and am still waiting for a reply. Did this happen to anyone else? I have my products with my supplier and I can't ship them out unless I print my labels, which I can't do unless I have a listing..
What should I do, should I call Amazon or wait for a reply?

Do you have authorization from the brand owner to be selling the products on their listing?

Hello @Seller_TcUyHsIVZ5MWP,
Exactly as @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7described, sometimes we have a reason to believe that your product listing is using a trademark without approval from the brand owner, and that your use falls outside the scope of fair use or referential use. This applies to trademarks on the product, packaging, images, or on the product detail page.
In this situation, you may be asked to submit either proof of ownership of the trademark, or a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the relevant brand owner to use their registered trademark. This page will help you understand what we expect to see on the Letter of Authorization you provide.
You can find more information here:
What is a Letter of Authorization (LOA)?
Do let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
