Account Level Reserves- Too Much held

Has anyone had success getting the monthly amount of account level reserves lowered? Our account is always in great standings, been a seller for years. Seems like the amount they hold is way more than historically what they would need to cover.

Hello @Seller_M7E9OCjDtwgRk,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

Have you opened a seller support case? If so, please provide the case ID. I would like to review and escalate this on your behalf.

Please advise.

Cheers,

Micah
