Product Recall new inventory

I have some product that the previous versions were recalled, my inventroy is safe, however i cannot list them since is still recalled, how can i fix this? i saw some help that i need a letter from the factory but im a bit lost.

Thanks for reaching out. Here is a help page regarding recalls and this help page will instruct you on what needs to be done before you ASIN can be considered for reinstatement, which requires all inventory to be removed from the Fulfillment Centers, even if you feel your items are not effected.
