Amazon seller support not responding to my case

Good evening,

I'm currently having an issue where one of my listings has been suspended and Seller Support hasn't replied or updated me in over 10 days.

The forum moderator that replied to my previous post has been useless at getting Seller Support to respond.

Can I please have a real moderator who will actually do there job and look at my case and get seller support to respond?

" Seller Support hasn't replied or updated me in over 10 days."

They are swamped at this time of year -- MORE than 'normal.'

A WEEK ago @Manny_Amazontold you this -"Due to the team's current bandwidth it could take an additional 5-7 business days for them to get to the request. They are reviewing these in order. Thanks for your patience. "

Then 8 HOURS ago he told you this -- "Please do not update the case as this creates additional delays with processing of the issue and resets the cases place in the queue. This is the reason why you're not getting updates. Regards,"

In other words, every time you send something in YOU get it moved to the BACK of the line. When you keep doing that YOU keep getting it delayed. This is well known and discussed probably a hundred times on the Forum over the years but no one seems to read here anymore.....

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.

Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally, creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
