LOST INVENTORY

I sent in inventory to FBA and showed that the units were received in full, but then went missing. now, no inventory. This is happening every time. I lost profit and need to pay more fees for low inventory. very frustrating and disappointing.

Whenever those situations happen, you need to start a reconciliation process. For this, please follow the help page: Reconcile your shipment.

Once you follow the steps mentioned in that page, the team in charge will review your case, and perform the proper investigation to provide the outcome to you.

If you consider the outcome is not what you expected, and you have enough evidence (including everything what is mentioned in the help page) you can reach out to us via Forums, share the case ID, and we can take a look and escalate if required.
