Using FBA inventory to fulfill Seller fufilled orders with Multi Channel Fulfillment?
Am I allowed to make an MCF order for a seller-fulfilled order with my FBA inventory? I was told by selling support that I am not allowed to do so, but on multiple FAQ pages, it does not say this. It says it is allowed, or at least that is the way I read it. I make MCF orders with FBA inventory to fulfill my seller-fulfilled orders.

Amazon does not expressly forbid you to fill Amazon seller-fulfilled order through MCF.
However, they discourage the practice and declare that you have no recourse if the package is late or lost.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) is a third-party logistics (3PL) solution that enables you to leverage Amazon’s fulfillment network and expertise to pick, pack, ship, and deliver orders from all your ecommerce channels.
Utilizing FBA is one of the key benefits of MCF so I would utilize it as the first option for MCF orders.
