Frequently-returned item badge

Our listing was flagged with the "Frequently-returned item badge". Although the listing has experienced and increase on returns, this is not necessarily due to a problem with the product, in fact the listing has 4.8 stars rating.. The spike in the returns rate was caused by the holiday returns. This is a normal and accepted behavior on E-commerce. In fact, Amazon has postponed return dates until January 31st because this is an expected scenario. However, the system is flagging our ASIN and penalizing it for what it is an accepted consumer behavior. The system should take into consideration holiday returns which are expected to increase for any ASIN . Currently it is not. As a result our sales plummeted causing us harm to our company financial position. We believe this is unfair and not an accurate representation of the reality. ID 17001917191

Thanks for posting here. As per the update in case 17001917191, the ASIN has a high return rate and at this time the Frequently-returned item badge will remain. The badge will be removed once the return rate improves.
