Shipping 3000+ units to FBA, but "The quantity you entered exceeds the accepted limit for units per box."
I'm shipping 3000 units from overseas directly to FBA. These are small items that fit in a pearl bag, or basically one of those small clear/white plastic pouches (3 inches by 4 inches) and it weighs around 6g--very light.
The manufacturer said she'd pack it in three 12x12x12inch boxes with 1000 units per box, each weighing 24lbs.
When I input this, I get the error "The quantity you entered exceeds the accepted limit for units per box." I've read that limit of 150 units per case. But that can't be right... I'd need to send 20 boxes from China?!
It seems as though choosing the Case Pack template is the wrong way and I should consider the individual item option instead.
On the SC help page, it says "In some cases, a manufacturer or distributor may package more than one case pack into a larger box. These larger boxes do not qualify as a case pack and must be separated at the appropriate case-pack level."
Does this mean I can put 20 150-unit case packs into 3-4 larger boxes and ship to FBA?

Hi @Seller_dRMgjwBAPikcF,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! You should be able to do this with a tab delimited pack list.
When generating a pack list to enter your box content information, please note the following limitations:
For Excel templates, the system will generate pack lists for up to 150 SKUs per shipment.
For tab-delimited (.tsv) templates, the system will generate pack lists for up to 1,000 SKUs per shipment.
If you attempt to create a pack list for a shipment with more than 150 SKUs, the only option available will be the tab-delimited (.tsv) template.
If your shipment exceeds 1,000 SKUs, the system will generate a tab-delimited (.tsv) template for the first 1,000 SKUs, and the remaining SKUs will be truncated. You may add the remaining SKUs manually to the file and upload the modified template in order to provide box content information.
Best,
Dominic
