YYZ1 Receiving Issues anyone?

Is anyone having any issues getting their goods received at YYZ1?

The last shipment we had received there:

Shipped Nov 1st, Delivered Nov 7th, Checked in Nov 20th, Received in full Nov 24th. ( 13 days between delivery and check in)

Then, after that, we sent another shipment:

Shipped Nov 18th, Delivered Nov 25th, then NOT CHECKED IN, and then Shipment is closed without receiving a single item on Dec 9th, 14 days after delivery, now they are asking for proof of ownership for reimbursement.

then our current shipment:

Shipped December 19th, Delivered December 23rd, and nothing has happened with this shipment, now Jan 06th 14 days later, but shipment is still open this time.

Does anyone know the current backlog for receiving at YYZ1?

Most of the responses I have been getting are that the shipments are all getting recieved with 0 units. One seller was having success using FEDEX so I did a test shipment with FEDEX with 24 units and same thing happened to me, shipment closed with 0 out of 24 units received.

Actually, I had and still have similar problems to you. I also sent products to the YYZ4 warehouse before Black Friday. 12 SKUs and 1222 pieces of products

Arrival at the warehouse was October 5, addition to inventory was October 7-8; but more than 50% of my products were not added to the inventory.

Then on November 12, the investigation started and I didn't get any answer until December 1. At the very end, an Amazon official said, sorry, the documents sent for the investigation were sent to the wrong place, so you didn't get an answer. Then on December 24th they accepted part of my invoices and decided to pay only 5% (I combined my documents into one pdf and they only looked at the first pages and paid me. If they scroll down a bit with the mouse, they will see the other documents; but I guess we expect too much from Amazon. Because it is very difficult to use a mouse or to scroll down with an arrow)

Then on December 28th, I started an investigation request again and I still haven't received any results.

So here is the great, great, great Amazon

same for YYZ4.

SAme for YXU1. My shipment is waiting in shipped status over 90 days 3 MONTHS !!!! and closed like this and all my shipment is lost now.

Another my shipment was waiting in checked in status in YYC4 and closed by amazon and all shipment disappeared.

So my 3 box (all shipment is lost)

Hi, I had an issue with YYZ1 months ago. YYZ1 not checked in my shipment 6 months ago. I have upload all the reqired document but not reimbursement. And the case was stay open 3 months. And of this period they say ' we do not accept new case about this shipment'. And there is a shipment delivered dec 30 which is not recieved. But I have another shipment wich was delivered 12Jan is recived in full. The shipment which was delivered Dec 30 is lost.

If it continues like this, one of the 3 shipments I sent to YYZ1 will be lost.
