Coupons that appear active on the dashboard are actually not active.
Hello, when I want to create a coupon from the coupon dashboard, unfortunately I cannot create it on the old coupon dashboard. I have to create it from the new coupon dashboard. The coupons I have created in the new coupon dashboard are displayed as active in the new dashboard, but they are not active. This coupon is not displayed by customers. At the same time, the coupon that appears active on the new dashboard does not appear on the old coupon dashboard. There is a problem but I could not solve it. Can someone with experience help?

Having same issue, started with the new dashboard. Opened a ticket with support, keep getting useless canned replies telling me to remove parent ASIN's.
The bulk create tool does not allow for parents and rejected records with parents in them, all my coupons are for Child ASIN's only, and still getting same canned replies from support.
Did you guys mange to solve this?

This message is for any seller who has experienced this issue over the past couple of months. The issue has been fixed. However, if you have Coupons on your dashboard and they are not showing as active on the product detail page, then you need to delete those coupons and recreate them.
