vine program order, amazon logistics lost shipment, buyer did not receive resulting in a bad review

I spent $200 on the vine program, but the buyer was very angry giving me a one star review due to Amazon logistics not delivering the item to the buyer, which was unacceptable.

May I ask if we sellers are that humble? Should the platform take the initiative to take responsibility? How can I participate in the vine program like this in the future?
