Amazon claiming they did not receive items THAT ARE SELLING IN MY STORE

Recently I sent in an FBA shipment that contained 56 pieces.

Amazon reached out stating 55/56 pieces were received. I "assumed" one item was not scanned, and my shipment would be closed at 55/56. The following day I received a message from amazon stating 32 items were not received.

This of course was upsetting to see, but I went ahead and opened a case as I figured it was an honest error. The case was closed two days later stating that nothing would be changed. I replied with multiple screen shots showing the shipment was received 55/56. Further more that the 32 items that were "Not scanned in" were selling and I had inventory.

Baffled to say the least. I have yet to receive a response back from Amazon regarding how to fix this as this error is throwing off my "inaccurate quantities in box percent."

Has anyone else dealt with this or found a solution to this? I believe because the shipment was missing one item according to Amazon they marked 32 Items missing.
