HELP: Correct unauthorized Listing changes, hidden Listings

We continue to have issues with listings we sell under after un-authorized changes are allowed, resulting in hidden listings. Last month, over 60 listings had Titles replaced with looooong Descriptions. We had to come here to get help. Case support wouldn't do anything. Amazon should refund us since we're tricked into selecting an "active" listing, then send our inventory to FBA, only to have listings incorrectly changed and deactivated AFTER and WHILE we pay Amazon FBA.

Some of these hidden listings are $500 items at FBA. Amazon is a seller of most of them too.

ID 15895127971 RESOLUTION: Who knows, support just denied the issue even though it's repeatable and obvious AND the automated system couldn't find it in a search. It does not come up in a search even when the exact title is searched for "Moen 201911 Spout kit Chrome". I previously requested the Title be changed to "Moen Cia 201911 Chrome 7-1/4" Tub Spout Kit with integrated diverter, Slip-fit". It has not (brand does not actively manage these listings, Amazon sells on them and does with seller help). When an exact title is searched, with a brand and model number, item should be at top of search result and on the 1st page. Right?

ID 15895138171 RESOLUTION: B00519C15C should be in the same Item Type Keyword/Category/Node as B07QB9NWQD (same type of item). It is incorrectly listed as "led-household-light-bulbs", which it obviously is not.

ID 15895277001 RESOLUTION: Fixed? B00519C0TE should be in same Keyword category as ASIN B07HRFBFGV. It is incorrectly listed as "led-household-light-bulbs", which it obviously is not.

ID 15895046531 RESOLUTION: Fixed? Please update ASIN B0BJKHSY24 Category (Item Type Keyword) to touchless-bathroom-sink-faucets. ASIN B08ZHFDBN5 is a similar item. It is incorrectly listed as "led-household-light-bulbs", which it obviously is not.

ID 15890183291 RESOLUTION: Title says item is "Matte Black" when it is "Chrome". This is obvious and I supplied manufacturer's page that shows and says this in their title. Nope, Amazon case support thinks it's fine to keep misrepresenting product attributes in the Title and not correct them, so we'll lose hundreds on returns.

Support is refusing to do anything and they're saying only the Brand can do it (even though the Brand didn't make these changes, Amazon allowed them, and Amazon can fix them).

It's the same run-around and case support loves to waste my time, sending me on Fools Arends, like asking for the correct Node ID code, which I struggle with, then I get them the Category for the Node ID and they immediately respond saying only brand can correct it. Why ask for the ID then?!!

Why does Amazon continue to pay this case support service????!! They resolve nothing and WASTE people's time. It's infuriating. Amazon gods, please put more money and resources into teams they can escalate to, like the Moderators here, and work hard at not infuriating people who have reasonable requests.

Branded listing details are populated by comittee unless the brand is registered and has a storefront on Amazon, it that instance the brand or brands authorized representitive can be assigned a user role in brand registry and they will have authority over the listing details.

I doubt the brand's authorized rep did that. The brand here isn't actively involved in managing their listings.

Your exactly right. When the brand is not actively managing the listing details are done by comittee. This means Amazon collects listing data from various sources and applies what it wants. Because your selling major brands this means that anyone dropshipping, RA/OA and even outside sources can have inaccurate data that may apply if it matches a unique identifier.

This is the direction Amazon has been going. Making it difficult for resellers who are not authorized by the brand.

I'm sorry you hare having issues with these Brand listings having inaccurate information and being ineligible for search . In general the most ideal solution to this issue would be for the Brand to give you a role so you could have more impact on the contributions. However I can understand that this may not be possible. I've reached out to the escalation team to see what options, if any we can offer. Once I have updates I will reach out to you here. Thank you for your understanding.
