Amazon Damaged Over 300 of my inventory. What should I do? Sue them?

Over a year, Amazon has been damaging my inventory and say it is unfillable.

I am the inventor and producer of my product and the treatment I got from Amazon is unaccaptable. They removed so many of my inventory for no reason and giving me AI generated emails as if they are doing something. I told them to refund my units and AI agent talks and says they are working on my case for week. This is unaccaptable! What should I do?

I am considering reaching out to a lawyer and solving this issue if i do not get a reimbursement. Any similar cases?

Thanks

"What should I do? Sue them?"

😂😂😂😂

Thanks for the laugh today. I needed it.

Have you read the agreement that you 'signed' when you opened your seller account?

Amazon has REALLY good lawyers and LOTS of them on call. You pretty much gave away all your 'rights' when you opened your account.

BEFORE you waste any money on an attorney give them a copy of your agreement and have them read it. IF they are crazy and say you have a case and it will only cost $25,000 to pursue, just save the time and report them to your state Bar Association as being less than competent.

"Any similar cases?"

HUNDREDS -- try reading the Forum for them.

Did you ever think of fulfilling the items you sell on Amazon your self?

It can be done.

Many of us have done our own shipping for years, if not decades.

FBA is not the only way to sell your items on Amazon.
