I go to Buy Shipping Today And It Has Removed USPS Ground as An Option. Plus UPS looks Like its almost Twice The Normal Price. The Order is 1 State Away Why Has It Removed USPS as a Buy Shipping Option ? And Why Is It Costing More To Ship UPS 1 Stae Right next To Me ?? What Is Going on i NEVER Use UPS and i NEVER will as ive received many packacges from them damaged ill not subject my customers to what ive everienced with UPS nor Fed Ex . What is the problem ? ill wait ill tomorrow to ship but I refuse to Use UPS and Pay Almost Double . Why Is Amazon trying to force me to do what i will NOT do to my customers???

We experienced this problem recently. The culprit was Amazon's Shipping Setting Automation.
Click on the settings icon (gear image) on your seller page.
Select "Shipping Settings" from the dropdown.
If you are enrolled in Amazon's Shipping Setting Automation in the shipping templates you use, turn them off. Then edit you template to select more reasonable response and delivery periods.
If you are a fast, conscientious shipper, Amazon will force you into its Shipping Automation program and require you the pay higher fees to meet shorter delivery times. You must opt out to set reasonable delivery times at affordable costs.

This is a constant problem. We have at least 2 more options to print postage, such as Stamps or Pirate Ship, and we print the Ground Advantage orders from there if Amazon only gives us the sky high options. If the item is small / lightweight enough to go Ground Advantage, it's not valuable enough to worry about losing, and usually costs less than the Difference between the 2 shipping options anyway.

Because the shipping companies want to report record profits while we are supposed to boast fake ;;free shipping;; , and add it into our products price so they don't look like the price gougers. We do. It's time to start showing shipping charges so customers see how much it costs! The whole ''free shipping'' thing needs to be dismantled.

Probably has something to do with USPS being backed up all over the country and not coming close to delivering anything on time, Postmaster Dejoy just got grilled by the senate this past week about the atrocities taking place with USPS shipping and instead of addressing the issues said that currently they are getting 75% of packages delivered on time and he was satisfied with that, then when the senator said 75% isn't good enough and started questioning him again he put his hands over his ears like a child to try and block him out, I cannot believe no Marketplace is even reporting on these issues, it is 100x worse than any year before other than Covid

It's AI, bad computer programmers, what we do is take it to the post office and put the tracking in number quickly so as not to effect those holy metrics, or AI will shut you down with no recourse and no human will listen
