Amazon suspended my account and kept my funds 125,000,

amazon has removed all my withheld funds,`

Amazon suspended my account and after several appeals it still has not reactivated it. I have had my funds withheld for months and they have not returned my money. Today I checked and my withheld funds have disappeared. Amazon has kept my money, more than 125 thousand dollars. This is shameless.

I'm going to sue with lawyers because I find this disgraceful.

I see that your account is currently deactivated and you have concerns about if and when your funds will be eligible to be disbursed back to you.

Once your account has been deactivated for 60+ days you can start the funds disbursement process by emailing disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. A separate investigation will be conducted to ensure your account has not engaged in deceptive or fraudulent activities. Once the funds appeal has been approved, you may receive your funds after the 90 day mark. You can find this information in our funds withholding policy.

Have you started this process as of yet? If so, what was the outcome? Whether or not you will be eligible to receive your funds back will also depend on the reason for deactivation. Can you share the exact deactivation reason with us, so we can take a look? If you have any case ID's to share, please do that here so we can review them as well.
