You don't need to create an ASIN to be found in violation of it.
You are being penalized for Trademark Logo misuse. Are you selling something that is trademarked?
Your next steps would have been outlined in your risk of deactivation notice.

Hi @White_Mountain_Trade,
I understand you are facing a couple of issues with your account.
Are you seeing a banner on your Account Health page showing this? If so there may be a reason listed within the banner. Given the content of your post, you may be seeing something similar to "address your policy violations in a timely manner".
If you are seeing this annotation within the banner, the reason for the "at risk" status of your account could be tied to your Account Health Rating (AHR) score. This score indicates the overall health of your account, and can be found on the Account Health page. Any score higher than 200 is considered healthy. Any score below 100 and the account is at imminent risk of being deactivated as 100 is the minimum score requirement to keep an account active. Any score between 100 and 200 places the account in the "At Risk" category. While your account would not be in immediate danger of being deactivated, you would want to address any listing violations that are present when this banner populates. Since you are also talking about trademark violations (which will be addressed momentarily), I believe this may be the cause for the banner being present on your account. However, if other verbiage is within the banner, please share that here in the thread so we may further guide you on how to address the situation.
As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 stated, you can receive a violation of this type even if you did not create the listing. Based off your description, it seems this is a Suspected Intellectual Property violation. In your particular case, you will want to address the violations by clicking on the blue button on the far right of the violation itself.
If this button says "Edit" you will want to go in to the listing to remove the infringing content (in your case a logo). It is important to note that in order for the system to recognize that you are taking on action on the violation, you will need to click that "Edit" button from the violation itself. From there, you will be redirected to the inventory page where you can make the needed changes. The system will not recognize that you are responding to the violation unless you get that redirect.
Once submitted, our team will review the changes you have made, and then respond to you with the outcome of their findings. If more action is needed, you will receive instructions on what is still needed through the case itself.
It should be noted that if you are not the listing owner, you may be unable to make the required changes. If this is the case, you will need to contact our Seller Support team so that they can contact the listing owner to make those changes on your behalf.
Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.
Regards,
Troy
