Feedback Removal for Product review
Hello all,
I am posting on here because I have seen some people have actual luck in getting some feedback removed from their account.
A customer left a 2 star review for me and their feedback was 100% about the product.
The feedback stated "Weak, not the original formula. Scent dissipates quickly. Have to reapply several times a day."
I'm not sure about you, but this seems like an issue with them not liking the product, not necessarily my shipping or anything.
I keep requesting to remove but I keep getting the SAME RESPONSE! It is insane. This is 100% a product review, so why does Amazon not remove it?!
Can any moderator help me out with this?

As you have posted your feedback removal concerns in the account health category, I have reached out to our community managers to review and follow up on your thread if they can offer additional guidance.
So they have more information to work with, I do suggest providing your related case ID to support their review.
