I'm unable to get a call from Amazon I am getting an Error "Internal Failure"

Hello!

I have a problem that every time I click on the " Call me now" button I get the " Internal Failure Sorry" message. It reffers both to seller partner support and account health specialists. This has been going on for several days now. I created a Case ID 15831842121 to solve this problem, followed all the recommended instructions but no progress was made. Are there any solutions to this problem? Maybe the moderator can help?
