Amazon is fraud

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help me understand what’s happened with my Amazon seller account funds. My account was locked in August 2024 for an authenticity violation. At the time, my account balance was approximately $300,000. After fees and refunds, by the beginning of May 2025, the balance was around $240,000.

I applied for reimbursement, and I received two emails from Amazon:

One email stated they would send me about $92,000.

Another email said they would be withholding approximately $150,000.

Now, when I check my account, it suddenly shows a negative balance of $94,000, and I’ve been notified that I’ll be billed for this amount on June 3, 2025.

My questions are:

Where did my $248,000 go?

Why do I now owe Amazon an additional $94,000 on top of losing my account balance?

Has anyone experienced something similar after an account lock due to authenticity issues?

I have provided every document requested, including supplier invoices, my supplier’s supplier invoices, an affidavit letter, bank statements, and a letter from my supplier’s supplier.

Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
