Inventory Missing and Amazon rejected to reimburse

we've shipped 1600 pieces of merchandise to Amazon fulfilled center,and they have only received 200 pieces and lost the 1400 pieces,we have created many cases to address this issue,eveytime they have answered with an useless format reply and also rejected to reimburse.kind of frustrated here, i don't if there're a rats emplyees who tried to steal our goods and sell through other channels.

I reviewed your case, and indeed, we received 200 units. The 1400 units that are missing didn't get lost at our Fulfillment Center. This is why your request for reimbursement is being denied. Please refer to 'Eligibility' in our FBA inventory reimbursement policy.

It would be advisable to reach out to your carrier and apply the insurance and have them reimburse your units.
