package dimension

I'm a new seller on amazon.

I just made a listing about my product. But i don't know how to fill in the 'package dimension' in 'offer' tab.

Should I fill in the packing specifications of the individual item or the packing box to be sent to the Amazon warehouse?

Offer tab dimensions is the dimensions of the individual item.

Michelle at Amazon here! I understand that you are creating your listing for shoes. For the Product Dimensions, you need to add the dimensions of the product in the packaging as it will be shipped out to your customers. You can read more on this in this help page.
