My seller account is registered by 2017. I have changed the email address 2-3 times.

Steve from Amazon here, I know that this situation can be frustrating. I see in case 13551436501 that Seller Support has shared the email address that this account was registered with.
Please go to the Account Health page and click "Submit new information" to start the process of reactivating your account. If you run into issues with this please let me know.
