payment issue (no disbursement made since july )
hi . please help ME . Amazon take my SIV . i passed that . after getting mail till the SIV passed . amazon reserved my funds . now i think amazon forget to release my fund . please help me . how can i get my money . i am stuck. 0$ DISBURSEMENT MADE SINCE 18 JULY I did the video interview and provided all the documents needed and my account was reinstated. Amazon enabled me to make FBA creation again and removed the hold on my funds. I was supposed to get a scheduled payment on July 25th but the category states that no disbursement was made and all my funds seem to be stuck in account reserve. My account health is good, No a-z claims, no refunds or returns as of recently. I am very confused as to why this is happening. I tried contacting support about 5 6 times, they tell me I will be getting transferred but I never do and no response is given. Can somebody please look over as to what is going on. I'm sorry this happened, to you, to me, to a lot of people. Stop trying to get Amazon to respond - they won't. Period. Your funds are likely stuck in the 120-day reserve period that follows this "identity verification" process, which they fail to let you know of going in. I had it happen and at 121 days I was paid. It sucks, but it's the hoop we have to jump through.
