Hi

I have recently received 15 1-star reviews from competitors. How do I know they were from my competitors? I checked the orders and they all had " Delivery addresss underliverable" status. It clearly means that they have never received or used my product to leave a review. I got 15 of those reviews that has badly affected my sales. Is there a way to have them removed please as those dirty tricks can easily be detected by Amazon?
