Brand Qualification Application Wrongfully Closed

On the 9th of November I submitted a brand qualification application for my products (case ID 16633297121). I sent a few pictures of the products, and the corresponding packaging. These were unaltered pictures of the product, showing the branding in full. However, a day later, I received a response stating the following:

"We have completed our review and concluded that the provided images of the product and/or packaging are digitally altered or computer generated. Hence to continue our investigation, please submit new images of the product and/or packaging which are real world."

This was frustrating as the images I had sent were completely raw and unedited. Nonetheless, I resubmitted new images (the new images showed my hand as proof that they were unaltered) on a new application (case ID 16671714091), but it was immediately rejected with the following message:

"We have closed this case as this appears to be the same request as a prior case you created. Our guidelines for contacting Selling Partner Support state that duplicate cases should not be created. See case ID below and lookup your prior case in case log for further assistance on your request."

However, the previous case was closed and cannot be reopened. I am stuck and unsure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

they put you on a chase now. I have similar case open for months now and every time I try to get a follow up they tell me off and close the new case while the old one remains in "waiting for amazon" status.
