Amazon promised us a refund and now is denying it even though the customer has the product and withdrew an A-Z

Amazon promised us a refund and now is denying it even though the customer has the product and withdrew an A-Z.

Amazon wrote this: "The buyer for the order xxxxxxx has confirmed that the issue has been resolved and a refund is no longer required. Because you were previously debited for the refund of this order, a credit will shortly be initiated to your account for $97.75 USD. This credit should show in your account within 72 hours."

Now Amazon is refusing to give us back our money. My claims keep getting answered by some incompetent customer service person that only throws out scripted answers with no substance.

Any thoughts on how to hold Amazon accountable for shady business practices?

Has it been over 72 hours? Because, unless I am reading this wrong, Amazon hasn't refused anything. They have said they will credit your account within 72 hours.
