Hey all, I am a fairly new seller and having a problem wrapping my mind around this problem.

My sales are great but for some reason my payments/available balance are not matching the sales?

Items are shipped and I use FBA services so there is not issue with shipping or confirming it.

I use Inventorylab for example to track my records ( I know it is slightly off as it counts sales not shipments).

Bottom line is my available balance is much lower than it should be when comparing my sales.

Would be happy for any advices or help as I can’t figure this out.
