Amazon has been holding my money for over 3 months

Hello. I have had $2000 due from Amazon for over 3 months and have no one to turn to. I have tried to contact you several times and have not received detailed response. This ruined my sales and the quality of my account. I carefully investigated all reasons for an account level reserve and inform you with the following:

1. I don’t have open A-to-Z Guarantee claims;

2. I don’t have orders for which have received a chargeback.

3. My seller performance is on the acceptable level.

4. My account is not under review.

5. Amazon is on continuous basis withhold income tax from me.

Has anyone here been through this and can help me?

This is just a FORUM with other sellers and some MODS that show up once in a while (seldom on LONG holiday weekends like we are in now).

Amazon continues to change the site.

Are you currently meeting the requirements for the "new, improved Amazon".

Do you have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell their products on here?

Did you source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?

If not, Amazon might keep holding all your funds while they investigate with the brands involved.

Hello @Seller_GrQGpGzvF9tGh,

Thank you for reaching out. It is a normal part of selling on Amazon to see funds in the Account level reserve section of the Statement View tab on your Payments report. It’s the amount of money that is reserved to ensure that you have enough funds to fulfill any financial obligations, such as refunds, claims, or chargebacks.

However, reading through the thread and seeing you are still receiving disbursements, you may want to review Payments based on delivery dates.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Cheers,

Micah

Hello @Seller_GrQGpGzvF9tGh,

My apologies on the frustration. I wanted to also mention, if you are not receiving disbursements at all, please share the most recent seller support case ID with me in this thread. I would like to review and escalate on your behalf.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Micah
