Buyer changed address during transit and now wants a refund, what do I do?
I shipped on time and used Amazon shipping. It is over a month later, there has been no movement that I can see for 10 days, and now buyer wants refund. Do I just have to do it, am I going to lose if they file an A2Z claim? I don't want an ODR so i will just refund if necessary. But they didn't even inform me at any point the address was wrong. I only found out once they contacted me for a refund and I looked up tracking.

I wouldn't do it, you delivered to the address on file.
More than likely
Then do it
Then don't do it and risk ODR and negative feedback and a A t Z claim
