2. UPS delayed or lost our packages, you are (sellers) get SCREWED everyday
3. Claim process UPS IS hideous, amazon gave you number to call, you called ups and chat, and text and wait for clal back hours and hours for ONE TRACING NUMBER. Once, I got lucky, they MAIL ME PAPER FORM TO FILE CLAIM MONTHS LATER. UPS IS A SAD JOKE
4. Amazon support called me when I was driving but she never emailed me number to call back? why bother to call?I ACTUALLY HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE YESTERDAY AFTER ENDURE A WEEK OF BS. Amazon FORUM IS MY SCREAMING ROOM.
